VR Bank Ravensburg-Weingarten eG – administrative building
In December 2016, just a year and a half after construction started, VR Bank Ravensburg-Weingarten eG moved into its attractive administrative building in the city center. The branch, complete with representative foyer, was opened one month later.

The building, which is arranged around a central courtyard, has 4,400m² office space spread over five stories including a roof terrace.
The OKA retailer Uli Schuh GmbH und Co. KG worked in close collaboration with architect Michael Maucher and the Reisch building company to develop a complete solution for the furnishing that integrates seamlessly into the overall architectural concept. One hundred identically equipped workspaces, interesting meeting and event rooms for up to 200 guests and a foyer with open lounge area and children’s corner were created on the basis of a flexible modular system.
