OKA SpaceLine/­OKA SpaceLine Plus – variable and concentrated

Even low levels of noise can be stressful and lead to physical complaints, such as headaches. Sounds become noise when they disrupt communication and concentration. The worst offenders are loud colleagues, people talking on phones and electrically powered office equipment. This is where acoustic planning and custom solutions are needed that make clever use of partitions, screens and acoustic surfaces.

OKA SpaceLine offers an aesthetically pleasing, versatile and flexible concept for customised acoustic and visual zoning.

We pursue a holistic acoustic concept for noise reduction. The more different the communication behavior and the sources of noise generation, the more complex the solutions. We rely on individually tailored combinations of acoustically effective components. From zoning at the workplace with table-oriented solutions to room partitioning with acoustically effective storage space components or noise-level-reducing partition walls to acoustic/­glass elements or innovative absorber solutions as wall-mounted elements.

OKA SpaceLine is our screen range for versatile space layout. Available in different heights, these screens not only provide zoning and workplace separation, they also ensure sound protection, privacy and quiet in the open space. The elements create lounge and meeting areas, separate space for printers and cloakrooms, and they can be used individually as mobile notice boards.

Acrylic glass top units and coat hooks and rails are also available. Tool-free mounting and variable-angle connections enable arrangement in rows, L and X shapes, or any other layout to suit your needs.

In order to meet the ever-increasing demands on the communicative central zone, OKA has developed various elements that can be mounted between or on the partition walls. These include a bookboard open at the top, a shelving element, a plant tray and whiteboards in two versions. A round shelf on a radius element enables the attractive design of the corner, for example with plants and decorative elements.

Storage trays with 12 cm wide edge are ideal for the wardrobe area, especially in combination with coat hooks and hangers. Shelves offer space for representative objects or devices, which can be supplied with power e.g. via original carcase elements with electrification. The cover of the carcase elements can be made of either decorative board or polyester fleece.
