OKA 3D-Chair – The ideal of comfort.

After two years of development we are very proud to present the OKA 3D-Chair. The chair is an in-house development and expands our portfolio with a comfortable and at the same time functional product with high demands on design. Using innovative and sustainable materials, it is suitable for both private and public spaces and underlines our commitment to holism.

Available in natural oak, walnut and beech veneer, the OKA 3D-Chair has a soft and homely appeal. With its five different frame variants, it is suitable for both contract and residential use. Depending on requirements, it can be used in the office as a conference, seminar, canteen or meeting chair.

Featuring an elegant 5-star swivel base with gas lift and castors as well as comfortable seat upholstery made of molded foam, the OKA 3D-Chair is also ideal for longer work sessions in the home office. In combination with an OKA EasyUp, the desk becomes an oasis of well-being and enables relaxed working. Thanks to the many individually selectable colors, you can put together a chair that matches your home.

The geometry of the OKA 3D-Chair is the result of many years of studies by our supplier and represents an ideal of comfort that is possible with 3D veneer technology. This affects both the shape of the lordosis and the so-called “knee roll” and the elasticity of the shell, which is determined by the edge shape and shell thickness. The difference to conventional chair shells made of molded plywood is clearly noticeable as soon as you sit down.

The OKA 3D-Chair, consisting of 6 layers 3D-veneer, is extremely light and, in contrast to chairs made of normal veneer, very thin, namely only 6.6 mm. Due to the so-called eggshell effect, it requires fewer layers of veneer, which saves resources and makes it flexible.

The quality of the materials used and attention to the smallest details combine in this 100 % German-made product. In the design, the pragmatic approach was particularly important to us. Using the formal and technical possibilities of 3D molded wood technology, we wanted to create an affordable yet well-designed chair.

The OKA 3D Chair is also suitable for events or as a mass chair, as it is stackable and lightweight. Depending on the requirements, groups of chairs can be put together and arrangements can be created from rather uniform, restrained to colorful, adapted to the room design or the respective corporate design. Its ergonomic shape and the upholstery option make it ideal for longer stays.
